Hi! I'm Cirra, the face behind CT Massage Therapy.
A competition groom turned Massage Therapist with a passion for helping both humans and horses move well and feel at their best.
When I’m not helping clients recover, you’ll find me caring for my two lovely horses, Doctor and Henry.

After a partial shoulder replacement a year ago, I was seen by Physiotherapist at the hospital for 12 weeks and then was discharged with regular exercises to do. Despite this, my movement was restricted and I was unable to straighten my arm overhead or reach it behind me. After only two treatments from Cirra she's released the tension and my range of movement has been much better, I now have more mobility in my shoulder.
